Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1. The Organiser
The organiser of Polo AlMarsa Qatar 2025 (the “Event”), held at Old Doha Port, Doha, Qatar (or such other venue as may be announced), is MUSE Media LLC (the “Organiser”). References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean the Organiser.
2. Understanding These Terms
2.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which tickets are sold and used for entry to the Event.
2.2. Tickets are sold via authorised ticketing partners. In addition to these Terms, you must agree to the ticketing partner’s terms and conditions.
2.3. By purchasing or using a ticket, you and any guest (“Guest”) agree to comply with these Terms, the Ground Regulations (Annex A), and any other Event-specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
2.4. These Terms prevail over any inconsistent third-party terms, unless otherwise expressly stated.
3. Ticket Purchase, Delivery & Use
3.1. Tickets are personal, revocable licences and remain the property of the Organiser.
3.2. Tickets will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified by the Organiser or its authorised partners. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and delivery information is accurate. The Organiser will not be liable for non-delivery caused by inaccurate details provided at the time of purchase.
3.3. A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented upon entry to the Event. Forged, copied, or defaced tickets will not be accepted.
3.4. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced unless the Organiser is satisfied, in its sole discretion, that the ticket has not been used and that the request for replacement is genuine. Any replacement ticket issued will immediately invalidate the original.
3.5. You are responsible for ensuring your Guest(s) comply with these Terms. Misuse or breach may result in refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
4. Ticket Use Restrictions
4.1. Tickets are for personal use only. They may not be:
– resold or transferred above face value;
– used for advertising, promotions, hospitality or travel packages;
– offered in competitions, sweepstakes, raffles, fundraising or any similar activity,
without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
4.2. Any ticket used in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be refused entry or removed from the Event.
5. Accessibility
5.1. The Organiser is committed to providing an inclusive experience as per Qatari accessibility standards (where applicable). Limited wheelchair-accessible areas and facilities will be available.
5.2. Guests requiring special assistance, including accessible seating or mobility support, must notify the Organiser or the authorised ticketing partner at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before the Event.
5.3. While the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to meet accessibility needs, such arrangements are subject to availability and operational constraints.
6. Refunds, Cancellation & Event Changes
6.1. Tickets are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Section.
6.2. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser, ticketholders may be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and service fees), unless 15 minutes or more of the scheduled Event program has already taken place.
6.3. Refunds will not be issued where cancellation or rescheduling is due to a Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, security risks, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
6.4. The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the Event schedule, matches, entertainment, hospitality offerings or other aspects of the Event where reasonably necessary. Such alterations do not constitute grounds for a refund provided that the overall value of the Event experience is not materially diminished.
6.5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any disappointment, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of alterations or cancellations, except as provided above.
7. Complaints & Customer Service
7.1. If you wish to raise a complaint before the Event, please contact the Organiser by email at marketing@poloalmarsa.com.
7.2. If you experience an issue during the Event, please bring it immediately to the attention of Event staff on site.
7.3. Any post-Event complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the Event date. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
7.4. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
8. Admission & Security
8.1. Entry is subject to security checks. Bags may be searched. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry.
8.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone acting inappropriately, dangerously, illegally, or in breach of these Terms or the Ground Regulations. See Annex A for the full Ground Regulations.
8.3. Prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in ejection.

12. Indemnity
12.1. By attending the Event, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organiser, its officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly out of:
