Perfect for singles, couples or small groups, the Polo Lounge offers a private marquee setting with food kiosks, a garden seating with pitch-side viewing and direct access to the arena  all soundtracked by a special guest DJ. Polo Lounge ticket holders will also get access to the Polo Village and Gardens.

Polo AlMarsa Qatar 2025 – Ticketing FAQ

1. How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are delivered electronically. You can show your e-ticket on your phone or bring a printed copy. Please make sure your contact details are correct when booking.

2. What if I lose my ticket?

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced. If we are satisfied that your ticket hasn’t already been used, we may issue a replacement — but the original will be invalidated.

3. Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are for personal use only. They cannot be resold, transferred, or used for promotions, hospitality packages, competitions, or raffles without written permission from the Organiser. Any ticket used improperly may be cancelled without refund.

4. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are non-refundable if you cannot attend. Refunds are only offered if the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser (unless 15 minutes or more of the scheduled program has already taken place).

5. What happens if the Event schedule changes?

We may change match timings, entertainment or hospitality offerings if needed. These changes do not qualify for a refund unless the overall value of the Event is significantly reduced.

6. What if the Event is cancelled due to weather or other issues?

If cancellation is due to a Force Majeure Event (e.g. severe weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), refunds will not be issued.

7. Is the Event accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. Limited wheelchair-accessible areas and facilities will be available. Guests needing special assistance should notify us or the ticketing partner at the time of booking, or at least 14 days before the Event.

8. Are children allowed?

- Children aged 3 & under require a free ticket.
- Children aged 4–16 must have a valid child ticket.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

9. What items are prohibited?

For everyone’s safety, please don’t bring: outside food & drink (except baby food), glass, weapons, fireworks, controlled substances, drones, or protest/marketing materials. Full rules are in the Ground Regulations.

10. Can I take photos or videos?

Personal photos and short videos are welcome. However, live-streaming or filming for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior written approval.

11. Will I be filmed or photographed?

Yes. The Event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Event broadcasts and promotions.
